We offer two types of dance workshops.
Group Dance Workshops
Dance is a beautiful vehicle for creating a sense of belonging and community in a group of people.
We aim to transmit dance in a way that is accessible, respectful and fun. Our workshops can include exercises around many different topics, such as:
- Increasing body awareness
- Enhancing body expressivity
- Moving in a way that feels good to one’s own body
- Building community through dance

Partner Dance Workshops
Through many years of partner dance experience, we have built up a large repertoire of exercises to work on and foster connection with our own body and with others.
We offer workshops for your dance community that are centred around specific topics, such as:
